Back to Bangkok from Tokyo.

Image
On the last day of my stay in Tokyo, I had a meeting at Shop Channel, so I stopped by Takashimaya in Nihonbashi before that. Hibiya Kadan flower shop has a lot of gorgeous seasonal flowers such as hydrangeas. I put peony buds around my favorite dahlia, and with the professional opinions of the Hibiya Kadan staff, I was able to create a bouquet of my choice. I sent flowers to the person in charge at the shop channel for a long time who is leaving the company because of moving to Spain followed by her marriage. The flower shop made the bouquet so cute that I wanted one myself. I hope she was happy with it. . . s After finishing the last day's meeting, I returned to Bangkok the next day. Some customer told me that Mr. Sano came to Japan with the typhoon and returned to Bangkok with the typhoon! It was absolutely true , and it was a swaying flight both going and returning. I felt relieved when I saw the night view from my home in Bangkok. It was raining heavily on my whole round trip ...

The Un tresor's 2023 Summer Collection will be on sale at the Shop Channel.

Image
Starting June 3rd at 1:00am (also as midnight on June 2nd), The Un tresor's 2023   Summer  Collection will be on sale at a special price on the Shop Channel. It is broadcast from 1 o'clock in the middle of the night with a program called "Welcome to the Jewelry Salon". I have just returned to Japan from Thailand, but I am studying hard so as not to forget anything in preparation for the performance. These days, everyone's words of encouragement have become like nutritional drinks for me, so, I am always grateful. It's a late-night show, but we've brought only items that we would definitely recommend to those who like jewelry, so please take a look. A typhoon is approaching, and you may think it's not the time to watch TV! ! ! You're right. I'm really worried, so please take care of yourself. I will do my best in the show to overcome the typhoon. Well then!

We Reproduce Popular Gentian flower Carvings.

Image
In the openwork carving of jade in the past, the gentian flower motif was particularly popular with Westerners at our show room. I don't know if Westerners recognize this as a gentian flower, but I think most Westerners who like jade are attracted to the delicate carving work and purchase it . Jade is unique since even such thin lines are durable as jewelry. Jade has a structure in which minerals are fibrous form and interlocking each other, so the stone has "stickiness" and is famous for being hard to crack. If a delicate motif like this is made from scratch-resistant crystalline gemstones such as diamonds and rubies, it will crack unless handled very carefully. Crystals are not suitable for openwork carving because they will break into pieces. Jade is strong. Well, I made a reproduction of such a popular gentian fretwork earring. Why gentian flowers? There are various legends about gentian, but it is very famous as "a flower that calls for love". So I made the...

White Jadeite bangle for a heat wave

Image
This morning, around 6 o'clock, I opened the window on the balcony a little, and I was surprised to see a hot breeze blowing in, even though I was expecting a cool breeze. Around 7 o'clock, the temperature in Bangkok's Sathorn area was already 39 degrees, and when I went out to the parking lot, it got even hotter and made me feel dizzy. Was it this hot last year? ? ? I think it's the heat that I've never felt before. Since I've been coming to the showroom in the hot afternoon like this, I want to recommend cool jewelry this time of year. Jade which is famous for its coolness is p erhaps related to the fact that jade is hard to crack (high hardness) and has high thermal conductivity. When you touch the surface of the stone, you will feel the coldness as if it had just been taken out of the refrigerator. Jade bangles are one of the items that I hesitate to sell online or by mail order because the size is delicate, so Sheen only introduces it to the customers w...

Reproduction of a Jadeite and Sapphire ring.

Image
It was designed about 20 years ago, but I remember that at that time many unique jade products like this were born in our Artline factry. I really liked this design, but the ring was sold out and I had the brooch instead as my personal belongings, but it went missing with my winter clothes... I'm still looking for it in Japan and Thailand as well. So I made a reproduction version of the ring. As a bee lover, I used acorns sometimes  as a motif other than bees in my jewelry. When making jade jewelry, I try to incorporate various legends and traditional lucky things into my designs, but another important point is that jade itself gives off a strong impression of conservativeness, so, I would like to add some modern and European taste to it. There are many legends about acorns, bees, roses and vines in Europe. These are my favorite things to make into jewelry. I made only one ring this time, so I put in a very beautiful imperial jade. The another one of the twin acorn is filled...

The brightness of the Platinum color which attract the yellow gold fan too.

In Bangkok these days, when you step outside of an air-conditioned office building, you will feel as if you had opened a hot oven and were bathed in heated air. We are in the hottest time of the year. By the way, Bangkok has only three seasons. Which is Hot, Hotter, and the Hottest, and now it's in the Hottest! The streets of Bangkok are full of tropical fruits. Well, today I'm wearing a new bracelet that is from tropical flower motif.   what's the new?     If you are a customer of Sheen, I think there are some people who feel that way. Sala flower bangle is our showroom Sheen's popular item, which is made by engraving the flower motif of Sal tree (a noble tree in Buddhism and Hindu culture ) in the  Florence style  which creates a three-dimensional effect. The center petal part is embedded in real yellow gold and has 3 diamonds each, making it a high-end bracelet with a total of 9 diamonds. This is a new work produced as a revised version. The big diffe...
