Reproduction of a Jadeite and Sapphire ring.

  It was designed about 20 years ago, but I remember that at that time many unique jade products like this were born in our Artline factry.

I really liked this design, but the ring was sold out and I had the brooch instead as my personal belongings, but it went missing with my winter clothes... I'm still looking for it in Japan and Thailand as well.

So I made a reproduction version of the ring.


As a bee lover, I used acorns sometimes  as a motif other than bees in my jewelry.

When making jade jewelry, I try to incorporate various legends and traditional lucky things into my designs, but another important point is that jade itself gives off a strong impression of conservativeness, so, I would like to add some modern and European taste to it.

There are many legends about acorns, bees, roses and vines in Europe.
These are my favorite things to make into jewelry.
I made only one ring this time, so I put in a very beautiful imperial jade.

The another one of the twin acorn is filled with orange sapphires.

Gold is also used generously to form branches of acorns. Recently, there is a tendency to generally prefer simple designs, and gold is becoming more small and delicate ,
So, I feel fresh like these designs.

I think I've reached an age when I want to wear one of a kind luxurious things that only I can enjoy.

The gold is well used, and the jade is also very good, but the design is playful, so I think only a limited number of people will like it, but I feel safe wearing it because it is durably well made.

This is an article I wrote in April, but the upload was delayed, and now it is May.

Today is May Day, so the most part of the world is closed, but the building where our company is located is filled with people. The tenants are mostly small and medium-sized companies that handle gem stones, and I was surprised to see so many people coming to work. Everyone is busy, but above all, I was impressed that gem dealer's workers came to work even though it was a May Day holiday. Even if our company is busy, it is quite difficult to get staff to come to work on a May Day holiday.　

So, today I and Chef T are working on behalf of our staff😢.

The bird paradise on the balcony suddenly had buds.　

If I had a garden, I would want to replant them to the soil. but I am impressed by the strength of plants trying to make flowers bloom in the environment of a high-rise balcony that is exposed to strong direct sunlight and strong winds in a cramped flowerpot.

Am I tired? I asked myself.
 Recently, I have been very healed by seeing the growth of plants.

Although it is a natural opal, black opal whose background color is darkened by smoke is sold in Bangkok, but there are various problems in its processing, and polishing craftsmen continue to be troubled to solve them. If you search the net, you will find only negative things, such as the natural play-of-color (play-of-color effect) disappears when you polish it, or it becomes dark like a cloud and cannot be repaired.
